On Dec. 4, 2015, The Burnt Truck, a gourmet food truck company, rolled up to Lake Forest Nursing Center in Lake Forest, California, as a treat to thank associates for their hard work. 

Staff members from all departments partook of a variety of sliders, from fried chicken to peanut butter and jelly, to mozzarella to beef. Rosie Velasco, executive director, arranged for the food truck as a way to recognize the team.
